contract A contract for the provision of the reserved track day and rally event will only be concluded upon receipt of confirmation from Spa Revival srl that your booking has been accepted. Once your booking has been accepted, a legally binding contract exists between us.

Price and payment
The price of the track day and rally event will be as advertised on the website or in promotional material. Spa Revival srl reserves the right to change the price at any time prior to accepting your booking. In such circumstances, you will be entitled to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Unless otherwise agreed by us, full payment for the track day and rally event must be made by bank transfer. In any event, payment must be received at least 40 days prior to the track day and rally event.


Privacy Policy Spa Revival srl is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and visitors to our website.
Spa Revival srl may collect certain personal data, the use of which is subject to Belgian law (Law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy).
This information will only be used to contact you and provide you with the information you have requested or to deliver the products and/or services you have purchased, if possible. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law. In general, the use of the Spa Revival srl website does not require you to provide personal information.
However, you may choose to provide such information by filling out the "subscribe to the newsletter" form or by booking your participation in one of our events.
The information collected is used only to contact you for the fulfillment of the products and services purchased or, if possible, to send you the requested information about our company and its activities. As is now common with most websites, our site uses cookies to record certain information about your use of the site, such as, among other things, your preferred language.
Cookies are small data files that can be placed on your computer's hard drive. The information obtained is used anonymously and in aggregate, and you cannot be identified. You are not required to accept a cookie we send you, and you can actually change your browser settings so that it does not accept cookies.

Right of cancellation
You may cancel your reservation by notifying us in writing or by email at any time up to 40 days prior to the track day and rally event. In this case, we will refund any reservation fees paid as follows:
If we receive notice of cancellation more than 40 days prior to the track day, you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
If we receive notice of cancellation between 40 and 30 days prior to the track day, you will receive a 50% refund of the price. If we receive notice of cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the track day, you will receive a 30% refund of the total price. Once accepted by us and unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, in the event of cancellation less than 15 days before the track day and rally event, the fee will remain at 100% of the booking fee.
Cancellation due to a technical problem with your car and/or personal illness will be subject to refund under the same conditions as above.

Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us at any time if:
(a) the number of bookings taken is not sufficient to justify the continuation of the track day and rally event; or
(b) the track we have used cancels or significantly changes the services offered to it; or
(c) any other matter beyond our reasonable control arises.
We will endeavor to give as much notice as possible in the event of cancellation and, if canceled, any booking fees will be refunded in full or, alternatively, we will offer you alternative dates or venues where possible. In no event shall we be liable to offer additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.

Covid19 – Spa Revival Statement
We want to offer our customers the opportunity to participate in our events in the best possible way and we will do our utmost to ensure that they can. We reserve the right to cancel your participation only in the event that the event and its organization are affected by additional Covid-19 safety measures implemented by local authorities, including restrictions, bans, border closures, or similar. In this case, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If the event is canceled, your booking fees will be fully refunded, or alternatively, we may offer you other potential dates or locations. Please note that, in any case, Spa Revival srl will not be obliged to offer additional compensation for any losses not related to the event booking fees.

Operational procedures and specific track requirements
Track days and rally events can be dangerous, and your attention is specifically drawn to our PRACTICE section on our website. You should read the published documents PREPARATION, RULES, AND BEHAVIOR FOR TRACK DAYS AND RALLIES and DISCLAIMERS before making any reservations. Failure to comply with the track day rules on the day may result in you being unable to use the circuit, and in such circumstances, we will not be obliged to offer compensation.

In addition, you, your passengers, and your vehicle must comply with all rules and regulations imposed by the circuit (e.g., noise limits in dB). You will also be required to sign a waiver. Again, we will not be obligated to offer compensation if the circuit, at its sole discretion, refuses to allow you, your passengers, or your vehicle onto the track.

Limitation of Liability
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to fulfill or delay in fulfilling your reservation caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes, system failure, or floods, fires, explosions, or accidents. In particular, no refund (whether for travel expenses or the cost of the track day) will be made if the track is unusable due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Similarly, we will not be liable if travel delays result in late arrival or no arrival at the track. No refunds (whether for travel expenses or the cost of the track day) will be made if you or your vehicle are declared unfit to use the track, and you are referred to our operating procedures regarding the specific regulations that apply. Vehicles traveling at high speeds can be dangerous, and under no circumstances will we be liable for any damage caused to a vehicle or other property. Therefore, if you are concerned about your vehicle or your liability to third parties, you must ensure that it is insured for track use. Unless otherwise required by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising in any way, and we will have no obligation to pay any money by way of compensation. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law or other legal rights that cannot be excluded, nor to exclude or limit in any way our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

Full Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our current price list, practical guidelines, rules and conduct for the day on the track, the booking form, and contact details, constitute the whole of our agreement relating to the provision of the services we offer you. Nothing that a salesperson may say on our behalf should be understood as a modification of these terms and conditions or as an authorized representation of the nature of the services offered by us. Except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any representation that proves to be false or misleading.

Notices
All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at Spa Revival srl, Avenue de Spa 87, 4802 Heusy, and all notices from us to you will be sent by email or to the address provided on the booking form.

Applicable law
The contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, and the Belgian courts of Liège shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us.
