A. “SpaRevival 2026 Registration” form

Data that may be collected:

  • Identity and contact details: last name, first name, email address, telephone number, language, nationality

  • Vehicle information: make, model, registration number, year

  • Pilot/co-pilot sizes (textile)

  • Billing information (if you request an invoice): company, VAT number, full address

  • Choice of package/options, partner code used

  • Choice of payment method and technical information related to payment (payment/transaction identifiers)

Important: payment is processed via a payment solution (WordPress plugin such as Pronamic Pay) and payment providers (e.g. Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, bank transfer). We do not store your bank details; payment providers process this information in accordance with their own policies.

C. Technical data (navigation)

When you browse the site, certain technical data may be collected (e.g., IP address, server logs, browser type, cookie data), in particular for security and proper functioning purposes.

3) Purposes and legal bases

  2. Manage your registration and the organization of the Spa-Francorchamps Revival event (participants, logistics, sizes, vehicles, billing)

    • Legal basis: performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures.

  3. Manage billing and accounting (if invoice requested/payment)

    • Legal basis: legal obligation (accounting) and performance of the contract.

  4. Manage payment

    • Legal basis: performance of the contract.

  5. Share your contact information with certain partners (only if you agree to this)

    • Legal basis: consent (via the dedicated checkbox in the registration form).

    • You may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us at info@sparevival.com.

  6. Ensure site security (anti-spam, fraud prevention, logs)

In our forms, certain fields are required:

We give preference to service providers located in the EU/EEA. If a tool involves a transfer outside the EU, this would be subject to appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses). If necessary, you can contact us for more details.

  • Requests via contact form: up to 24 months after the last exchange (except in cases of legal obligation or dispute).

  • Event registration/participant management: up to 24 months after the end of the event in question, then deletion/limited archiving, except where legally required.

  • Billing/accounting: legal retention generally up to 7 years (accounting documents), depending on applicable regulations.

  • Payment-related data (transaction identifiers): in accordance with legal obligations and service provider requirements.
